MONITORING AND EVALUATION
STAWI offers charges services on Monitoring and Evaluation programs in order to helps like-minded and partners organization to improve its program performance to attain intended results / deliverables. The essence of the service is to improve current and future organizational management of outputs, outcomes and impact. In most cases an M&E system refers to all indicators, tools and processes that the organization use to measure if a program has been implemented according to the plan (monitoring) and is having the desired result (evaluation) or not. STAWI also helps on developing organizational M&E systems which often described in a document called an M&E plan. M&E document is viewed as a process that provides information as well as ensuring the use of such information by management to assess project effects – both intentional and unintentional – and their impact through it. M&E document aims at determining whether or not the intended objectives have been met
