Youth Mindset Changing And Transformation Training

The overall course objective is to enhance the capacity and competencies of people supporting youth development interventions to effectively and confidently engage in the programs which empower youth development for their sustainable lives. They will also acquire knowledge and skills of developing sound youth projects as well as tracking youth developmental interventions.

Learning Outcome

By the end of the course, participants will be able to apply a range of tools for holding youths development. They will also be able to read and interpret local service provision budgets and conduct a service gap analysis.
